Orlando Private Transfer is a locally owned, FL DOT–licensed transportation company built around one idea: your transfer should be the easiest part of the trip. We focus on the routes families and travelers actually need — MCO and Sanford airports to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and the Cape Canaveral cruise port — and we run them with clean, late-model vehicles and drivers who show up early, dressed professionally, and ready to help with the bags.

Policies & frequently asked questions

What is your cancellation policy? +

Cancel 30+ hours before pickup at no charge. 24–30 hours before: 50% of the fare. 12–24 hours before: 75% of the fare. Less than 12 hours before: 100% of the fare.

How long will my driver wait at the airport? +

60 minutes free waiting time for domestic arrivals, and 90 minutes free for international arrivals, from the flight's actual landing time. After that, waiting is billed at $1.00/minute when the driver is available. Weather or technical delays are handled based on driver availability; if you decline the alternative we offer, an 80% cancellation fee applies.

What about non-airport pickups? +

Non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period. After that, a no-show is billed at 100% of the fare, and continued waiting beyond the grace period is billed at $2.00/minute.

Do you provide car seats? +

Yes — up to 3 car seats and 3 booster seats are provided free of charge. Additional seats beyond that may incur a fee. Just let us know how many you need when you book.

Can I bring my pet? +

Pets and emotional support animals are welcome on board. Standard cleaning fees may apply after the trip.

Is gratuity included in the fare? +

No, gratuity is not collected in advance. Tips are given directly to your driver at your discretion.

Where do you meet me at the airport? +

Your driver will meet you at the designated meet-and-greet pickup area for both Orlando International (MCO) and Orlando Sanford (SFB) airports, with your name displayed on arrival.
